Job Summary:The candidate we are seeking is a task and detail oriented administrative professional that will work closely with the SVN Holman Norden Managing Director and team. This position requires attention to detail and a strong business acumen with a flair for forward thinking and problem-solving.The knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Suite are crucial as well as the ability to quickly learn new software programs.The candidate will also be interacting with brokers, lenders, title companies and clients primarily by phone. Having the ability to multi-task and perform research is very important.

Assist in the research and compiling an accurate database of property owners/prospectiveclients.
Attend to the phone, handle vendor calls, answer preliminary questions.
Assist in creating marketing pieces for distribution through websites, social media, and direct mail
Ability to manage company social media and electronic marketing accounts
Day to day administrative duties, such as data tracking, database updating
Management and maintenance of databases, CRM’s, data reporting, and electronic tracking updates, status updates
Manage real estate transactions
